Shipping and handling charges are determined by the amount of your total order after any deductions and are calculated before taxes. All orders are subject to verification but not to special offers. Please note that the total shipping and handling charge will not increase.

Shar Love uses Canada Post (WPCP) when shipping within Canada.
To get your shipping status, please visit www.canadapost.ca and enter the tracking number provided on your shipping confirmation.

FREE SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA

Currently any amount ordered will be shipped within Canada via STANDARD SHIPPING for free
Please expect your product to arrive within 2-9 business days from the time the order leaves our warehouse

*Standard shipping in certain remote areas may take up to 13 business days.

US SHIPPING ADDRESSES:

Please note orders are shipped using Canada Post (WPCP)

SHIPPING WITHIN THE US

Currently any amount ordered will be shipped within the US via STANDARD SHIPPING for $5.00
Please expect your product to arrive up to 9 business days from the time the order leaves our warehouse

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ADDRESSES:

Please note we currently do not ship to international addresses at this time.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES & INCORRECT ADDRESSES

  • Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a full refund.
  • We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our website.

Why Was My Package Undeliverable?

Our carriers may deem a package undeliverable for one of the following reasons:

  • Incorrect Address.
    If the address is incorrect or outdated, the carrier or the unintended recipient typically returns the package to us. This is not always the case so please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order. To remove an outdated or incorrect address from your account, click the “Address book” link in My Account.
  • Other Address Problems.
    In rare cases, the address label becomes illegible during the shipping and handling process, or the carrier makes a mistake and leaves the package at a different address than that printed on the label.
  • Failed Delivery Attempts.
    Canada Post may make three attempts to deliver a package.
